Prior to joining MarCap in 2000, Mike was a senior credit manager at Heller Financial, Inc. He graduated from DePaul University with a degree in commerce and management and an MBA in finance.

Since joining MarCap in 1990, Doug has held the positions of tax accountant, tax manager, accounting manager and controller. Prior to joining MarCap, he was an accounting manager for a major real estate management company. He graduated with honors from Lewis University where he received his MBA in finance. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he received his BS from Northwestern College in 1987.

Mark joined MarCap in 2005 as vice president, cancer treatment and imaging. He came to MarCap from CapitalSource, Inc., a publicly traded specialized financing company, where he was director of the Healthcare Finance Group. A former entrepreneur who started a group of CT imaging centers, Mark also spent nearly 10 years at DVI Financial Services in a variety of management and sales management positions. He was managing director-Europe, managing director-Latin America as well as president of DVI Business Credit Corp.

Jeff joins MarCap as vice president of hospitals, surgery and dialysis from CIT, where he was Senior Vice President. In his 15 years in healthcare, he has also worked for Citicapital and Copelco Capital, and was named to the 2005 Who's Who in the Ambulatory Surgery Industry by Today's Surgicenter Magazine. Jeff received his bachelor of science in communications at Trinity College in Miami, Florida and received certification in Executive Education Programs from Stanford Business School and Wharton School of Business.
