Besece Joins MarCap as Southeast Region Manager Chicago - January 28, 2003 - Scott Besece has joined MarCap, a medical equipment financing company, as Regional Manager-Southeast. Besece, who lives in Tampa, will cover the states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and Louisiana. Most recently, he was Regional Sales Manager- Southeast and Caribbean for Medical Capital Corporation, a provider of accounts receivable-based lines-of-credit and other loans to the healthcare industry. He also spent six years as a Regional Sales Manager for GE Capital Services, General Electric’s commercial financing arm. "Scott comes to MarCap with considerable experience in medical leasing and financing, which will enable him to provide the kind of value-added financing MarCap has come to be known for," says Ken Seip, Director of Sales. Before entering the medical financing field, Besece had an accomplished coaching career at Niagara University and the U.S. Military Academy- West Point, where he was the Assistant Basketball Coach. He graduated from - and played basketball at - Wheeling Jesuit University, where he also earned a B.S. in Business Administration.
