Myhre Named President of MarCap Corporation Chicago - December 15, 2003 - MarCap Corporation, a healthcare financing company, announced today that Peter S. Myhre has been named president of the Chicago-based company. Myhre, 43, most recently served as senior vice president for DVI Financial Services, Inc., a healthcare financing company. During his eight years at the company, Myhre was also chief operating officer for the Strategic Partner Group, the small- to middle-ticket equipment finance arm of DVI, and vice president of the group that managed vendor relationships. "Peter has a tremendous amount of experience in the medical financing arena and has a proven track record of growing profitable companies," says Robert Lorch, senior vice president of The Marmon Group, Inc. "We like his experience, vision and knowledge of the industry." Myhre has also worked for Summit Credit Corporation, Prime Capital Corporation and as a CPA for Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Co. "MarCap has a terrific reputation in the medical industry for being creative and flexible," says Myhre. "And I have always admired their integrity. I am looking forward to helping make MarCap the premier lender to the outpatient diagnostic imaging, treatment and surgical markets." Myhre has a master’s degree in management from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of arts degree from University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
