MarCap to Speak at American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers and the Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association

Chicago - February 22, 2006 - Peter Myhre, president of MarCap Corporation, will speak at two key surgery center industry events this spring: the American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (AAASC) 2006 Annual Meeting in Dallas, March 8-11 and the FASA 2006 Annual Meeting, May 17-20 in Orlando. Peter will explain the financing options available to surgery centers and surgical hospitals and give an insider’s view of what lenders look for. He will also provide strategies for selecting the right type of lender and tips on presenting financing requests to financing sources.

At AAASC Peter Myhre’s “Financing Your ASC: How to Get Off the Ground and Ensure Success” presentation starts at 10:15 a.m. on March 8.

At FASA, Peter is part of an all-day workshop on how to develop an ASC. His panel discussion runs from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. on May 17 and will focus on developing a business plan and securing financing.
