MarCap Corporation Adds Director of Asset Recovery

Chicago - April 18, 2006 - MarCap, a leading healthcare financing company, announced today that it has hired Joanne Harmon as director of asset recovery. Harmon will work with MarCap customers to set residual values for equipment leases, restructure distressed accounts and redeploy assets.

Harmon joins MarCap after two years as a senior workout specialist with GE Healthcare Financial Services where she managed large workouts as well as litigation and bankruptcy cases. Prior to working for GE, she was a senior vice president and a deputy general counsel for Heller Financial.

Harmon has a BS in English from Illinois Institute of Technology, an MA in Literature from Colorado State University and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.
